Accommodation
We have 33 bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. Three of these rooms are suitable for a couple should they wish to share.
There are two lounges, a conservatory, a seperate dining room and central heating throughout. We also have wet rooms and a shaft lift for our residents' use. We do encourage our residents to make use of the communal rooms but also respect the right of the individual if they wish to remain in their own room.
There is a choice of entertainment throughout the week, ranging from chair exercises, board & card games, live music and sing-a-longs, a painting group and arts & craft groups and for those requiring a little pampering, we have a resident hairdresser and a weekly manicure.
Trips out are organised on a regular basis and range from local shopping trips to days out in the town and countryside.
Smoking is not allowed in any of the public rooms, and although we try to discourage it, there is a seperate room available for this purpose.
